The villa from 1929 with a large park-like garden unfortunately remained neglected for many years and had to be replaced by a new building due to its desolate structural condition. The new building is planned on the same site where the old villa stands. With the chosen building position and size, we want to preserve as much of the park as possible, which would otherwise be needed as building land for the construction of two smaller apartment buildings. By building a single, but larger apartment building, several families can benefit from a spacious garden. The new building is to have a villa-like character, not least because the client and their families will be moving into some of the apartments. With recesses and balconies, the large building can be structured to achieve the desired effect.
