The existing single-family house in a prime location in Schwyz was demolished down to its foundations. The family has grown and the existing house has become too small. This location, with its breathtaking view of Lake Zurich, also deserves a more appropriate architectural language. In order to do justice to the demanding spatial program and to make maximum use of the plot, some time was spent tinkering with the floor plan. The result is a house that serves as a home for this and future generations, but also as an investment. The facade is divided horizontally with bands and thus corresponds to the modern look that the client wanted. On the roof terrace you can not only sunbathe but also swim in the almost 9-meter-long pool.

We are now looking forward to realizing the second project with this family.
