«My second large office building. I'm looking forward to the realization!” - Roman Vesely

Together with Martin Gautschi, we founded the Dufour planning association for this project. The existing office building from the 1970s is being completely renovated inside and out. The new natural stone facade with Dietfurt sand-lime brick is a real eye-catcher. The frameless windows facing the street also underline a very high standard of construction. The interior fittings are also of a high quality to match the facade. The floors are installed with seamless terrazzo, the important interior doors are clad in wood veneer and very elegant fittings are used.

In addition, the building technology is being brought up to the latest state of the art. The windows are motorized and can therefore cool the building down during the night. The PV system on the roof supplies the building with electricity. Great importance is attached to sustainability. As many components as possible are being reused. Since the good concrete structure is also being retained, CO2-intensive concreting work can be avoided.

Construction will start in 2024 and we are looking forward to implementing this beautiful project.
