After the client bought the detached house, they wanted to make some adjustments. A new bathroom was created, an existing one was converted into a cloakroom and a shower was added to one. The existing dark parquet was sanded down and re-oiled. Only the appliances were taken from the existing kitchen. A new kitchen was created with a spacious island for cooking together or as an aperitif opportunity. The entire basement was finished with new parquet and painted white.
Smaller color accents throughout the house give the project the necessary individuality and the high-quality materials such as the terrazzo in the kitchen and on the washbasins add elegance.
In a second step, an additional room will now be created on the roof terrace.
