The planning began with a simple consultation on the design of one of the four apartment buildings. We were able to convince the client and we were commissioned to plan and carry out the design of two apartment buildings. The task was clear: achieve maximum utilization, incorporate winter gardens, adopt the architecture of the neighboring buildings that had already been planned, and plan a shared underground car park for the entire development. In close cooperation with the client and the authorities, these objectives were achieved. With a few tricks, additional living space could be offered in the basement, although this does not count towards the utilization. This meant that even more than the maximum utilization could be achieved, which of course made the client very happy. It is also exciting that everything from the ground floor onwards is built using wood. We are very pleased that the client has opted for such a sustainable solution.
