The 4-storey terraced house was extensively renovated: the dormer window was enlarged and a balcony was added to improve the view of the lake. All bathrooms were renovated and a new bathroom was built in the attic. Fitted carpets were replaced with fine oak parquet and the roughly plastered walls were smoothed and freshly painted. The kitchen was also modernized.

The new dormer window with balcony initially met with resistance from the neighborhood, but was realized thanks to skillful negotiations. The conversion of the attic required precise planning in order to complete it within just two months despite tight deadlines.

Despite the tight cost and time frame, the client was extremely satisfied and the move-in took place on schedule.
