The detached house, built in 1949, in a prime location with a wonderful view of the lake, was completely renovated and remodeled according to the wishes of the client. To improve the view of the lake, some windows were enlarged. During the internal renovations, great importance was placed on a linear design and simple shapes. The main challenge was to reconcile the costs, which had been fixed from the outset, with the client's additional wishes. However, this goal was achieved through good contract selection and negotiations with the contractors. The beautiful color scheme and selection of high-quality flooring are also thanks to the client, who put a lot of thought into the project and even ordered some of the flooring themselves.
