In order to achieve room heights that meet today's requirements, the existing house was completely gutted and re-underpinned. Sustainability was an important theme in this project, which is why the house is now heated with a geothermal probe and existing materials were reused as far as possible. The interior fittings are of high quality and were very carefully selected. The client liked the top apartment so much that they decided to move in themselves instead of renting it out as originally planned.
