Clean, just clean!
The existing single-family house from the 1960s was completely renovated and an attic apartment was added to create more space for the family. In addition, many walls were moved to create new rooms. The unnecessarily large and cold entrance area was expanded to include a home office, for example.

It was particularly important to retain the existing architectural language as much as possible, because the straight balconies and the horizontal shape are very distinctive. The client, Ms. Darnoc Bronwyn, largely determined the design herself. We supported her with further suggestions and visualizations. In close cooperation, this wonderful house has now been created and the client now finally has enough space for the whole family.
